Our office is at number 33, Sri Kailash Dham, right on the street near the Bansal Nursing Home. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in Bagh Changamal. If you are looking for Prayer Export, you might miss the turn because the street sign isn't very big. We deal with exports, which basically means a lot of time spent on the computer checking tracking numbers and talking to customs people. It’s not very glamorous work. The office is small and we have boxes stacked up in the corner most of the time. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the paperwork and make sure the goods get packed correctly. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port or the paperwork gets stuck, which is always a headache, but we just deal with it. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit now, and we know the local chai wallah pretty well. It’s a practical kind of business. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just try to get the orders out on time and hope the weather doesn't mess up the shipping containers. The street can get crowded when a big truck tries to come down for a pickup, but we manage. It’s just a small local operation trying to keep things moving across the borders. We just do what needs doing every day to keep the clients happy.
