Sis Tradelink Private Limited

Being out in the KSIDC Industrial Growth Centre in Kinalur means we are a bit far from the main Kozhikode town. Sis Tradelink Private Limited is located at plot number 18. It is a large area with a lot of other units around us, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the distance. Our building is a standard industrial shed, nothing too special to look at. Inside, we have our office space and the area where the trading goods are stored. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Because we are in an industrial zone, the roads are wide, which is good for the big containers. The heat in Kozhikode can be quite something in April, so we have a few old fans that keep the air moving. We eat our lunch together in the small break room. It’s a professional enough setup, but we don't have the fancy carpets or glass walls you see in movies. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the orders are moving out to the right places. Sometimes there are delays with the shipping or the documents, and we just have to sit and figure it out. Most of us have been working here since the unit opened. We know each other's families and how we take our tea. It’s a steady job in a quiet part of the district. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
