Indian Spices

Indian Spices is run out of the Kaippillimyalil House in the Nadavayal area of Vynad. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there is always something to do. We keep the operations fairly small and personal. Working from a house means things are a bit different than a standard office, but it works for us. We handle all the spice related stuff right here. Vynad is a beautiful place to be, and being in Post Nadavayal keeps us connected to the local community. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a huge staff. It is mostly just us managing the day-to-day tasks. The house has been the center of everything we do for a while now. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage to make it work. People know the Kaippillimyalil name around here, so they know where to find us if they need anything. We just try to stay honest and keep the quality of what we handle as good as it can be. There are no big corporate goals here, just the daily routine of sorting and packing. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re glad to be part of the Nadavayal landscape and plan to stay at this address for a long time. It suits the way we like to do things without any extra fuss or noise.
