Our facility is out on Painchanwali Road in Fazilka, which is a part of Punjab known for its agriculture. We are right in the thick of things when it comes to processing what the local farmers grow. The road can get very muddy when it rains, and during the harvest season, there is a line of tractors and trucks as far as you can see. We have a large shed where all the machinery is kept. It’s a noisy place when the equipment is running, with a lot of dust flying around from the grain. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; our office is just a small room off to the side of the main floor. We spend our days checking the quality of the produce and making sure everything is moving through the machines correctly. It is a lot of physical work and the hours can be very long when the crops are coming in fast. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for years. We all know each other well and work together to get the job done. Fazilka is a quiet town most of the time, but for us, it’s all about the rhythm of the farming year. We don't worry about being fancy or polished. We just focus on the task at hand and making sure we do right by the local growers who bring us their hard work.
