Our place is on Abu Nagar Road in Fatehpur, specifically in the Awas Vikas colony. The address is 458/916, but even with the number, it is easier to just tell people it is near the main road landmarks. Fatehpur is a smaller town feel compared to the big cities, and Awas Vikas is a pretty standard neighborhood. Our office is a simple room with a few desks and a cupboard that never stays shut. We have been here for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have not really gotten around to it yet. It is more important that the internet works and the lights stay on. We have a small porch out front where we sit when the weather is nice, mostly just to watch the traffic go by on Abu Nagar Road. It gets quite dusty during the summer, so we keep the windows shut tight. We are not a big operation, just a handful of us trying to stay on top of things. Most of the time, it is just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We do not have a fancy lobby or a secretary. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to see who it is. It is a very straightforward, no-frills kind of existence here for us and the rest of the team.
