Our place is at 24 A Joshiyana, right behind the Kotwali in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh. Being so close to the police station means it is a very easy landmark to give people. It is a traditional area and the streets can be quite busy during the market hours. The office itself is quite basic. We have some desks, a few old computers, and plenty of storage for all our records. Mind Max Education has been a part of this community for a while now. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people know us just by word of mouth. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day and it can be a bit tedious, but it is necessary. The building is an old one, so the ceilings are high and it stays relatively cool even when it is roasting outside. We have a few windows that look out into the alleyway. It is not a very glamorous job, but it is important to us. We try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door. Usually, there is some noise from the street—horns honking or people shouting—but we don't mind it. It is just the sound of the city. We are just local people doing our bit to keep things running. No big promises, just steady work day after day. We have got a small cooler in the corner for water, which is a lifesaver in the heat.
