We are situated in a much quieter part of the state compared to somewhere like Delhi. The pace is a bit slower here which is nice for focusing on the engineering details without too many distractions. We have a small office setup where we manage all the local work and the planning. It involves a lot of manual tracking of projects and keeping the ledger books updated. The building is a simple one and we do not have any big neon signs or anything like that out front. People in the village and the post office know us well. We deal with engineering parts and services but a lot of our day is just talking to clients and making sure the supplies arrive at the right time.
