We've been here in Fatehpur for a while now, out on the main stretch in Uttar Pradesh. The factory stays pretty busy most days with the machines running. It’s mostly about making plastic parts and electronic components. Some days are loud, some are a bit slower, but that's just how the industry goes. We have a crew that knows what they’re doing. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains hard. The building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a standard industrial setup with gates and storage. We deal with a lot of orders coming in from different parts of the state. It takes a lot of coordination to get the plastic molding right and then checking the electrical bits before anything leaves the yard. Sometimes the power flickers, but we make do. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss. If you’re ever driving through this part of UP, you might see our sign. It's been there since we started. We don't really do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself through the people we supply to. It gets hot in the summers, really hot, but the fans keep things moving inside the plant. We just keep our heads down and keep the production line going day after day. It’s honest work, and the team here is like a small family. We've seen a lot of changes in the local area over the years.
