Laiba Optical And Eye Care Clinic

Down here in Nati Imli in Mau Aima, we’ve got our little eye clinic set up. It’s a bit of a repetitive address when you write it out, but locals know where to find us easily enough. We mostly spend our days looking at eyes and fitting people for glasses. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit tight if three or four families come in at once. We’ve got rows of frames on the walls, some old, some newer. People come in complaining they can't see the signs on the road or their sewing is getting blurry. We do the testing and help them pick something that fits their face. It’s pretty straightforward work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we manage. We’ve been in Mau Aima long enough that we recognize most of the people who walk by the shop. It isn't a high-end boutique, just a practical place for people to get their vision checked without a lot of fuss. We keep the mirrors clean and make sure the lenses are right. If the frames need a little tightening, we do that too. It’s just us here, making sure people can see where they’re going. Nothing too fancy, just a local clinic doing what it does every day.
