Kamleh Mishra

Our place is located in Ugrasenpur, which is out in the Allahabad district. Kamleh Mishra is what we go by around here. It’s a quiet area mostly, quite a bit away from the huge noise of the main city. We’ve got a small, simple setup here. We don’t have any fancy office furniture or those big glowing signs you see elsewhere. Just a sturdy desk, some chairs, and the tools we need to get through the day's work. People in the village and the surrounding district know where we are. We do things at our own pace because we think that's better. It’s not about being the fastest or the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a decent, honest job every single day. The winters here in U.P. get a bit cold but we keep a small heater going and plenty of hot tea to keep us warm. We don’t use any of that corporate jargon or business speak. That’s just not who we are. We are just local people trying to make a living and help out where we can. Most of the time it’s just the same routine every morning. We open up the shutters, check what needs to be done, and get right to it. If you’re ever passing through Ugrasenpur, you might see us at our desks through the window. It’s a humble operation and we don’t need much more than that to keep going and stay happy.
