Dheeraj Bio-Energy Farmer Producercompany Limited is out in Manjari, which is part of Fatehpur. Our office is at Manjari 104. It is a very rural area where farming is the main thing everyone does for a living. We work with bio-energy and helping out the local farmers in the area. The building is just a simple one-story structure in the middle of the village. There are no paved sidewalks or big streetlights around here. It is mostly dirt roads and green fields as far as you can see in every direction. We have a big table where we sit and talk to the farmers who come in to see us. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of tractors or birds now and then. We don't have a lot of fancy technology or computers. We use notebooks and a small laptop for the basic stuff. Life in Fatehpur moves at its own pace and we like it that way. We are not in a rush to become a giant company with glass offices. We just want to do our part for the people in Manjari. Sometimes the rain makes the roads muddy and it's hard to get to the office in the morning. But we show up and do the work anyway. It is an honest living for everyone involved. We don't have a marketing department. We just talk to our neighbors and the people we've known for years. That is how things get done here.
