Beanseed Agro Distributors Private Limited operates out of the Pattharwala Building in Fatehpur. Specifically, we are in unit 14/D, which is right near the main office. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character and it serves our purpose well enough for now. We deal with distribution, so there are always bags and crates moving in and out of the door. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the morning rush. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while. We know the local farmers and the shopkeepers who come to buy from us. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on ledgers and knowing who needs what. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late, and we have to wait around, but that’s just how the distribution business goes in this area. The office is a bit cramped because we use every inch of space for storage. You might have to move a box to find a place to sit if you visit. We focus on getting the seeds and supplies to where they need to go. It’s a simple life in Fatehpur, and we are happy to be a part of the local economy. We just do our jobs, go home, and come back to do it again the next day. No big speeches or complicated plans here, just moving goods from one place to another.
