Vibha Associates

Vibha Associates is located at 1/23 inside the Kishore Complex. This is on Kanpur Road, which is always full of vehicles and dust. The complex itself is a bit of a hub with various shops and offices. We are just one of the units there. Our space is functional. We have some desks, some old chairs, and a few computers that have seen a lot of use over the years. Being an associate business means we handle a variety of tasks for people, mostly involving paperwork and coordination. It’s not glamorous work. We spend hours on the phone or typing out documents that need to be filed. The light in the office is a bit dim, and we usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to drown out the Kanpur Road traffic. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights outside. Most people who come to see us are regulars or they’ve been told where to find us in the complex. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always on its highest setting. We just take things one day at a time. There’s no big corporate ladder here. It’s just a group of us trying to stay organized and get the jobs finished on time. We have our routines, like the tea break at four, and that keeps us going through the long afternoons. It’s a simple setup for a simple business, right here in the complex.
