Sukhwinder Clinic Laboratory

Our lab is located in Madhopur Abiana Kalan. If you know where Bakhshish Nursing Home is, we are right near there. Sukhwinder Clinic Laboratory is where we do the blood work and testing that doctors ask for. It’s a practical place. We have our benches and the machines for checking samples. Most people come in early in the morning before they eat anything because that’s how many tests work. We try to be fast with the needles so it doesn't hurt much. It is a small team here. We spend our day looking at slides and writing down numbers. It isn't glamorous, but it is important for the village. We’ve been here long enough that most people know us by name. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we get the results out as soon as we can. We aren't a big city hospital, just a local lab doing our bit. We make sure to keep everything sterile and organized. The wait isn't usually too long unless it’s a Monday morning. We don't have fancy signs, just the one out front that tells you we are here. If you need a report, we usually have it ready by the next day or the same evening if it’s simple. People usually bring their papers from the doctor and we just get to work. There’s a small waiting area with some stools. It’s not fancy but it does the job for the folks around Madhopur.
