Randhawa Rice Mill

Randhawa Rice Mill is located right at number 25, not too far from the Sai Mandir on Bhadson Road in Fatehgarhsahib. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. The mill is busy most of the time, especially when the harvest comes in. We spend a lot of our hours just making sure the equipment is greased and the bags are stacked where they belong. It’s a lot of manual labor, but it keeps us moving. The location near the temple makes it easy for folks to find us, and the road gets pretty busy with tractors and trucks coming through. We don't spend much time on paperwork or fancy meetings, mostly just handling the rice and talking to the drivers. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but that is part of the life here. We try to keep things organized, even when it’s chaotic during peak season. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people who come by. There’s a certain rhythm to the machines that you start to notice when you've been here as long as I have. We stay focused on the work at hand at Fatehgarhsahib and don't worry about much else. The building itself is simple, just what we need to get through the day's tasks. We’ve had some long days here at the mill, but we just keep at it, one bag at a time. It’s just us doing what we know on Bhadson Road and keeping it simple.
