You’ll find Parbhat Heavy Forge (P) Ltd. out on the G.T. Road, on the Sirhind side. We are right opposite Modern Steel Ltd, which is a big landmark around here. Being on the G.T. Road means there is a constant stream of traffic and dust, but it’s great for getting our heavy products out to customers. Forging is tough, hot work. The hammers are loud, and you can feel the ground shake when they’re running. We’ve got a large shed where all the heat and action happens. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We’re usually in overalls that have seen better days. The team here is a mix of older experienced guys and a few younger ones learning the ropes. We don't go in for big speeches or corporate goals. Our goal is just to get through the order list without the machines breaking down. The office is just a small room off to the side with some old filing cabinets and a computer that’s a bit slow. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. It’s honest, physical work that leaves you tired at the end of the shift. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture on this stretch of the road. No fancy stuff, just heavy metal and hard work every single day of the week.
