Our place is in Bassi Pathana, specifically at House 8 in Ward Number 3. We are located in the Mohalla known as Nai Srain. This is in the Fatehgarh Sahib district of Punjab. It is a very local setup, right in the heart of the community. We do retail work here, so there is always something going on with customers or deliveries. The house is where we manage everything. It is not a corporate building, just a regular structure in a regular ward. We have lived and worked in this area for a long time. People around Nai Srain know who we are. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Our work speaks for itself through the neighbors and the people we deal with daily. The pace of life here is steady. We start our day early, usually with some tea, before getting into the retail logs and stock management. Sometimes the winters get very cold in Punjab, but the work doesn't stop. We have some help from local boys who know the area well. It is a humble operation. We don’t try to be something we aren't.
