We’ve been running Melatheru Mining Co. Pvt. Ltd. for quite a bit now. You can find us over at H.No. 450 N/2 in the C-Sector of Berkhera in Bhopal. It’s a decent area, though it gets a bit crowded during the rush hours. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the mining paperwork and administrative stuff. It’s right there in Madhya Pradesh, and the local climate definitely keeps us on our toes, especially when it’s peak summer and the fans are barely keeping up. We don’t really go in for any of that fancy corporate talk or polished presentations. We are just regular people doing a job that involves a lot of dirt and heavy machinery at the sites. Most of the time, we are just focused on the day’s tasks, making sure the schedules are met and everyone is doing what they’re supposed to. The office has a few desks, plenty of files, and usually a stack of site reports waiting to be read. We know the neighbors around Berkhera, and they know us as the mining folks. It’s a straightforward life. We aren’t trying to change the world, just keeping our local business going and making sure we do things the right way.
