We’re located on Talwara Road, over on the Sirhind side. Madhav Udyog Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for quite a bit. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the prettiest place, but it’s where the real work happens. The road can be a bit rough with all the heavy trucks, but we don't mind. Our facility is a bit of a trek from the main town, which means it’s quieter, except for the sounds of our own machines. We don't have a fancy entrance or a receptionist waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the gate or in the workshop area. We do a lot of heavy lifting here, and the work can be quite tiring, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. We just focus on the production side of things. The Sirhind side of the road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. We take our breaks together and talk about the day’s work. It’s a very grounded environment. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to keep making our products and keep the business going. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and that’s plenty for us. There is always something to fix or move, and that keeps us busy.
