Kaur Gurpreet Architect

I’m Gurpreet, and my architecture office is located at 111, Block B in Sector-4. It’s right on Battan Lal Road here in Amloh Mandi. I’ve been doing this for a while, mostly drawing up plans for houses and shops. The office is a quiet spot, which is good because I need to concentrate on the drafting. I have a lot of rulers, pencils, and computer screens everywhere. It gets a bit dusty with all the old paper files, but I know where everything is. People come in with an idea of what they want their house to look like, and I try to put it on paper so the builders can understand it. Sector-4 is a decent area to work in. It’s easy for clients to find me. I don’t use any fancy software that does all the work for me; I still like to think through the structural parts myself. Sometimes the measurements are tricky, especially with some of the odd-shaped plots around Mandi. I just take my time and make sure it’s right. It’s not a big firm, just me handling the details. I grew up around here, so I know the local building rules pretty well. If you’re driving down Battan Lal Road, you’ll see the sign. It’s a straightforward business. I enjoy the work, even when it’s just looking at lines on a page all day. It’s satisfying to see the drawings turn into real buildings.
