K. L. Alloys Pvt. Limited is situated on the Sirhind side of the G.T. Road. Being on the highway like this means there are always trucks pulling in and out. It’s a dusty place because of all the metal work and the road traffic. We deal with alloys and heavy materials every single day. The sun beats down on the yard and it gets really hot in the summer months. We have a small office area, but most of us spend our time out where the actual work happens. There is a lot of noise from the machinery and the loading of materials. We don't have fancy carpets or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s a practical environment. We have a team that has been together for a long time. We know how to handle the stuff we sell without thinking too much about it. Breakfast is usually something quick before the first truck arrives. We spend our afternoons tracking shipments and making sure the stock is where it needs to be. G.T. Road is a busy lifeline, and we are just one small part of it. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty by ten in the morning. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s just a metal business on a busy road. We do our jobs and then we go home when the sun goes down.
