Galaxy Rolls

Galaxy Rolls is based out of Village Allour, right there on the G.T. Road in Fatehgarh Sahib. If you drive that way, you’ve probably seen the industrial units lined up along the highway. We are one of them. We make industrial rolls, the kind used in big mills. It’s heavy work and the floor is always hot from the casting. The grinding machines are loud and they run for most of the day. We have been in this location for quite a while now. Being on the G.T. Road is good for transport, but it means there is constant dust and noise from the heavy trucks passing by. The office is just a small room at the front where we keep the ledgers and take orders. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. Most of our clients are people we have known for twenty years. They just call us up and we get to work on their orders. The workers in the back are like family; some have been here since the day we opened the doors. We focus on the metal and the precision of the rolls. There is no room for mistakes in this kind of engineering. Sometimes things get backed up, or a machine needs a part that takes days to arrive, but we just keep going. It is a simple, straightforward business. We don't pretend to be anything more than a solid manufacturing shop in a small Punjab village.
