Most people around here just call us Bbsbec. Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engg. College is a place where students come to learn about machines, computers, and building stuff. The campus has its good days and its quiet days. You’ll see students walking between buildings with heavy backpacks. The labs have that specific smell of old electronics and metal. We have some trees around where people sit during their breaks. It's not a luxury park, just a place for classes. Teachers are usually in their offices grading papers or preparing for the next lecture. The canteen is where most of the noise is. We have a lot of hallways that all look the same after a while. It’s an engineering college, so there’s always someone complaining about a difficult exam or a project that won't work. We try to keep the grass cut and the classrooms usable. It’s been around for a while. We aren't a giant university, just a local spot for getting an education. Sometimes the power goes out and everyone has to wait for the generators. It’s just life on campus. You get your work done and you move on. We see a new batch of faces every year and say goodbye to the old ones. The library is a bit chilly in the winter, but it's where people go to focus. It's just a place to study engineering. We have some sports fields too, but they are mostly used in the evenings.
