Our place is out on Sirsa Road in Ellenabad. We are right across from the Auto Market, which is usually buzzing with people. Working at a poultry farm means our days start very early, often before the sun is even up. There is always a lot to do, from checking on the birds to making sure the feed is distributed properly. It’s physical work and you can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. The smell is something you just get used to after the first few days. We have several long sheds where the birds are kept. It’s not a quiet job; there’s always a lot of noise from the farm and the traffic on the main road. We keep our office in a small brick building near the entrance. It’s got a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of logbooks where we track everything. We don't use any fancy technology here. Most of the staff are people from the nearby villages who have been working with animals their whole lives. It’s a steady rhythm of life. We don't have a polished image or a corporate headquarters. It’s just a working farm on the edge of town. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure things are handled correctly. If you're driving past the Auto Market, you'll see our gate right there.
