If you go right behind the Tehsil office in Tohana, you will find our place in Shiva Gali. It is House Number 228A-16. We have been here in the Fatehabad district for a good bit of time now. Dealing with communications means people are always coming through the door with different questions about their phones or their internet connections. It is a small street, so it is usually fairly quiet outside until someone needs some help with their service. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights or anything like that. It is just a regular house that we have converted to use for our business. Sometimes the internet around here is a bit slow or things don't go exactly as we planned, and we just have to figure it out as we go along. It is a very local operation, and we know many of the folks who stop by to see us. Being in Haryana, we get all sorts of weather, and that sometimes causes problems with the lines, so we stay pretty busy fixing things. It is just a few of us working here most days. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure that everyone stays connected to the network. It isn't high-tech looking on the inside, just some chairs and a few pieces of equipment. We actually like being tucked away in the alley because it is more peaceful than the main road. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan on staying for even longer.
