We are located at Shop Number 53 in the Anaj Mandi area of Jakhal. Newagro Smart Producer Private Limited is basically just a small shop where we handle the daily business of agricultural trade. The Mandi is always loud and full of trucks, especially during the peak seasons. It is a busy environment and we are right in the thick of it. Our shop is not very large, but we have enough space for the records and for people to sit down and talk for a bit. We spend a lot of time watching the prices and talking to the people who bring their loads in. Jakhal is a major spot for this kind of thing, so there is never a dull moment. We do not have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. It is a working man’s office. Most of us have been working in the Mandi for years before we started this company. We know the rhythms of the market and how things move through the gates. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit in the dark for a while, but the work does not stop.
