We are based at house number 11/13 in Lung Mohalla, which is in Fatehabad, Haryana. The name on our paperwork says Faridabad, but this is where we actually do the work. It’s a small neighborhood and everyone tends to know each other. Our building is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of room for us to manage things. We’ve got the pin code 125050 if you’re sending us anything. The street can get a bit noisy during the day with vendors and people walking by, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We spend our time managing orders and keeping track of all the inventory. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a lot of ledgers and basic computers. We prefer it that way. Our staff is mostly local people from around the Fatehabad area. We have our tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be finished before the weekend. The winters here get pretty cold, so we bundle up in the office, and the summers are the opposite. It’s just a regular local business. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy presentations. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to keep our neighbors happy. If you’re ever walking through Lung Mohalla, you’ll likely see us coming and going from the office. It’s a simple life but it's a good one for us.
