We are located right above the Allahabad Bank on Ratia Road. It is a very busy stretch of road, and having the bank right downstairs makes it incredibly easy for people to find our door. You just head up the narrow stairs and we are right there on the next level. We handle educational stuff and various visa services, which as you can probably imagine, involves a massive amount of paperwork every single day. Our office is usually filled to the brim with yellow folders, heavy staplers, and tall stacks of documents. It is not the most organized-looking place in the world, but we generally know where everything is kept. Ratia Road is always noisy with heavy buses and motorbikes, so we have all gotten used to working with a bit of a constant roar in the background. We are definitely not one of those big, polished agencies you see in the center of the city. We are just local folks who happen to know how the visa process works. We spend our days checking expiry dates and filling out long forms. Sometimes the old air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound when it starts up, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. We keep things pretty relaxed in the office.
