Dish Net

Our small shop, Dish Net, is over in Tohana, right near the Sachdeva Ice Factory. If you find the ice factory, you’ve basically found us at 393/4. We’re in the Fatehabad district of Haryana, which is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We’ve been set up here for some time now. The office isn't much to look at, just a counter and some chairs for people to wait in. We spend most of our time dealing with technical stuff and making sure the connections are working like they should. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the windows open to catch a breeze. We don’t have any big advertisements or flashy slogans. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or just walk in because they see the sign. It’s a very local way of doing things. We talk to folks about what they need, maybe have some tea while we figure out a problem, and then get to work. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just want to make sure things are running right for the people in our town. Sometimes we have to go out on calls to fix things at people’s houses, which lets us see more of the countryside. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. We usually close up early on Saturdays if things are quiet and go spend time with family.
