Al-mustafa

We are located at 2/188 Maniyari Street. If you know this street, you know it’s famous for all the small shops and traders. Al-mustafa is right in the middle of it all. The street is narrow, so it’s always a squeeze when the delivery carts come through. We spend our days inside the shop dealing with whatever needs doing. It’s a traditional kind of place. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decorations. The walls are lined with shelves that hold our stock. It’s mostly stuff we’ve been dealing with for years. The light inside is a bit dim sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, the day starts early before the heat gets too bad. We open the shutters and start checking the inventory. Maniyari Street has a lot of history and we feel like a small part of that. We see the same delivery guys and the same neighbors every single morning. We might share a quick greeting or talk about the weather while we work. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just steady. Sometimes the business is slow and we just sit and talk, and other times it’s so busy we barely have time to eat. That’s just the nature of being on a street like this. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop here at 2/188. People find us because they know the area. We just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s been this way for a long time and we don't see any reason to change it now.
