We are set up in Chandpur Nagla, which is near the Maseni post office in Farrukhabad. It’s not exactly in the middle of a big city, but we are close enough to Kanpur that we can get what we need. Being part of the Essae Digitronices Private Ltd. (Essae Group) New Delhi, we focus on the digitronics side of things from this site. The office here is pretty simple and practical. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving around the equipment and checking the boards. The road outside can get a bit rough during the rainy season, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s a local operation where everyone knows each other's names. We don’t have a big HR department or corporate meetings. We just gather around the main table in the morning and talk about what needs to be fixed or shipped. The building itself is an older style, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have a lot of weighing machines and electronic parts stacked up in the back. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. People from the nearby areas often drop by just to say hello or ask for help. We just keep things moving and try to do an honest job every day without any fuss. We've got a small area where we keep the finished goods, and it's always satisfying to see the trucks pull away with our shipments. Life here moves at its own pace.
