Out here in Maheshpur, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Dharmatma Security Services Pvt. Ltd. has its office right here near the Jainapur post office. It’s a quiet spot, mostly surrounded by houses and a bit of open space. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. Most people know us just by word of mouth in the village. The office is basically one big room where we keep our logs and where the guys come to report in. It can get dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s a comfortable enough place. We spend a lot of time talking to the local folks. Since we are near the post office, we see everyone who comes by to mail a letter or pick up a parcel. It’s a good way to stay connected to what’s happening around here. We aren't doing anything complicated. We just focus on getting our people to their spots on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. It works just fine for us. There’s a small tea shop down the road where we usually go for a break. Life is simple here, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy offices. We just do our bit and go home. We have a few benches outside where people sit and wait for the bus, and sometimes we join them for a chat.
