Shree Shyam Industry

Shree Shyam Industry is situated at Sy. No 764 and 764/A in Burgula Village. This is part of the Farooqnagar Mandal area. It is a bit of a drive out here, but there is more space for the kind of work we do. The surroundings are mostly open fields and other industrial units. We spend a lot of time on the floor monitoring the equipment and making sure everything is running like it should. The machines are loud and they run for most of the day. We have a small office area where we keep the records and take our lunches. It gets pretty dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up across the village roads. Most of the people working here are from nearby places. We have a routine that starts early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There is a lot of loading and unloading that happens near the main gate. We use trucks to move the materials in and out. It’s a practical environment without any extra decorations. We just focus on production and keeping the machines maintained. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a motor or a belt. That’s just part of the daily life in an industry like ours. We keep moving forward and doing what needs to be done. It is hard work but it keeps us all going.
