We have been around the Main Bazar area for a bit now, right near the old clock tower in Faridkot. Ashok Kumar’s place is easy to find if you know the market well. People usually stop by when they have questions about going away for studies or need help figuring out paperwork. It gets busy on some days, especially when the market is crowded, but we try to sit down with everyone who walks in. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we look over forms and talk through options. Some of the students coming in are quite young and a bit nervous about leaving home. We just tell them how it is, what to expect with the visas and the colleges. It's a lot of reading and checking dates. Living in Faridkot, everyone sort of knows everyone, so news travels fast by word of mouth. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand.
