Shiv Agro Industries is situated right on Kotkapura Road. If you are looking for us, we are pretty close to the sugar mill. That’s the easiest way to find the place. It’s a busy area, especially when it’s the right season and the tractors are moving back and forth. Our building isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s built for work. We have a lot of space for the equipment and the supplies we deal with. Most of the guys here have been working in agro for a long time. We know the local farmers and the people who come by to drop things off or pick them up. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags or checking on the inventory. Inside the office area, it’s pretty basic. Just some tables, a computer that’s a bit old, and a lot of registers. We don’t really have a set routine because things change depending on the time of year. Some months are incredibly busy and we are here from sunrise to late at night. Other times, it’s a bit slower and we can catch up on repairs or cleaning. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We are just a local industry trying to keep things running. We don't have fancy titles or corporate rules. We just talk to each other and get the jobs done as they come in. It’s just how things work in this part of town.
