Most of our knowledge comes from years of being out in the fields of Faridkot. It’s a practical business. We deal with the crops and the soil every day. Sometimes our clothes are dirty and the tractor needs a part we can't find, but we make do. We don't have a board of directors. We just make decisions as we go. The village life suits us. It's quiet and we know all our neighbors. Harjaap Farming Llp started because we wanted to keep things organized under one name. We don't promise anything other than showing up and doing the work. If you're driving down Dal Singh Road, you'll see our place. It’s nothing special to look at, just a working farm office. But we like it that way. It’s our way of life and we wouldn't change it for a city office or a desk job.
