It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us trying to keep things running every day. We focus on agrovet stuff, which means we spend a lot of our time talking to folks about their cows and their land. The office is small and usually smells like old paper and morning tea. We aren’t fancy people who wear suits. We wear work boots and don't mind getting our hands dirty when a job needs doing. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard in the monsoon, but we just put a bucket under it and keep on working. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with marketing talk. If someone comes in with a problem, we listen and see if we can help them out. That’s really all there is to it. We have a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello or to check on the current prices. It’s a friendly place and we like the community here. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just try to be fair and do right by the people who trust us. Some days are long and the paperwork piles up, but we always get through it.
