You can find us over on Faridkot Road if you are looking for Bnr Catering. We work out of Joginder Singh’s place. We do catering for all sorts of different events around this area. It is a lot of hard cooking and hauling heavy equipment around from place to place. We have these big pots and industrial stoves that we have to load onto the back of the truck. It is tough work, especially when the weather is hot in the summer. We don't have a big fancy office to show off. Most of our time is spent either in the kitchen or at the actual event sites setting things up. We just cook the food that people ask us for. Sometimes it is just a small family gathering, and other times it is a really big wedding for the whole village. We handle all of them the same way. We have been doing this catering work in Faridkot for a good while now. Most people know us just by word of mouth. We don't really bother with much advertising. We just show up on time and do the job we were hired for. The kitchen is always a busy place with someone chopping vegetables or stirring a big pot of gravy. It is a bit of a mess sometimes but the food always gets made. We are just local people providing food for our neighbors.
