Bansal Richa Architect

Bansal Richa Architect is right in the middle of Satta Bazar, opposite Geeta Bhawan. We also use P.O. Box 42 for our mail. Kotkapura is where we live and work, and we have been at this location for a good while. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of large tables for spreading out blueprints and some computers for the digital work. Being in Satta Bazar means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere. We don't have a fancy entrance or a receptionist to greet people. Clients just walk in and we talk about their building plans. Most of the work we do is for local families and small business owners. We know the streets of Kotkapura well, which helps when we are planning out new projects. We don't spend time on marketing or promotional stuff. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the drawings are clear for the contractors. Sometimes things get a bit hectic with several projects going on at once, but we manage to keep things moving. We try to be honest about what can be built within a certain budget. It is a practical, local business. We don't try to sound like a big city firm. We are just here in the bazaar, doing our work and helping people build what they need. It is a straightforward way to run an architecture practice.
