Ashok Brothers & Co.

We are located on Factory Road. It’s a good name for the street because that’s exactly what’s here. Ashok Brothers & Co. has been operating out of this building for quite a while now. It’s a brick place, nothing special to look at. Inside, it’s mostly workspace. We have some old desks in the front for the billing and the phone, but the real heart of the place is in the back. We do a bit of everything here. It depends on what the order is that week. We have a small team, and we all know how to run the different machines. If someone is out sick, someone else just jumps in. That’s how we keep things going. The windows are a bit high up and dusty, so the light is always a little dim, but we like it that way. It stays cooler in the summer. We don’t have any big signs or posters on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a list of things to do. We usually have the radio playing in the background, mostly news or some music to keep the rhythm. It’s a quiet life in some ways, even with the noise of the work. We know our customers by name. They call us up, tell us what they need, and we get it ready. No fuss, no drama. Just the daily grind on Factory Road. We make sure the gate is locked tight every night before we leave.
