We are located in Chawla Colony, specifically at D-823 in the Ballabhgarh area of Faridabad. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of neighborhood, so it feels very local. We’ve been here for a good while, handling whatever the day throws at us. West India Company might sound like a big name, but we are just a grounded group of people working out of this small office. Most of our work involves sourcing and managing goods for different clients. It's the kind of job where you learn something new every week because the requirements are always changing. The streets around here can get a bit crowded, especially during the market hours, but that’s part of the charm of Ballabhgarh. We have a small team, and everyone knows their role. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. There is a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and making sure things get shipped out on time. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. No fancy promises here, just steady work. Life in Haryana moves at its own pace, and we’ve settled into a routine that fits the local environment. It's a simple operation, really, focused on getting the job done. We’ve got stacks of files and a few old chairs, and that’s plenty for what we do. We like the fact that our neighbors know us by name and stop by for a chat once in a while.
