Welcome Gift Shop

If you live around Sector 3 in Ballabgarh, you probably passed by 2679 a dozen times. That is where Welcome Gift Shop is. It's a small place, really. We spend most of our mornings just moving stuff around to make it look decent. There is always something new coming in, like those glass bowls or sets of pens that people like for office gifts. The floor is a bit creaky in one spot near the greeting cards. We have been here in this part of Faridabad City for a good bit of time. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just shelves filled with stuff like clocks, vases, and some stuffed animals for the kids. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we end up staying after dark to put things away. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the door halfway shut to keep the cool air in. Neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they don't need to buy a gift that day. We handle the gift wrapping ourselves, though sometimes the tape sticks to our fingers more than the paper. It is just a regular shop run by regular people. We don't bother with big ads. Most of our visitors are just folks living nearby who need something quick for a wedding or a housewarming.
