Our office is over at S.C.O 84-85, on the first floor in the Huda Market. We’re right near Sagar Cinema, which is a big landmark in this part of Faridabad. Most people around 121001 know the area well. Verma And Verma Associates has been around for a bit. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we’re just focusing on the work. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor who liked what we did. The office is pretty basic and functional. We’ve got desks, chairs, and a lot of old files from years of work. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where we actually get things done. We deal with all sorts of things related to the building and design world. Some days are just meetings and some are spent mostly on the phone with different contractors. We try to keep it simple and not overcomplicate things for people. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at some blueprints. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation or using fancy terms. We are just local people working in the same neighborhood we live in. The market can be a bit chaotic with the noise and the cars, but we like being in the middle of it all. It feels like we are part of the city’s daily life and connected to the people here in Faridabad.
