Over at Friends Industrial Complex, you’ll find Venus Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. specifically at E-28 in Sanjay Colony, Sector-23. It’s a real industrial setting, no doubt about that. There’s always dust in the air and the sound of something being pressed or cut nearby. We’ve got a good-sized space here, but it’s mostly filled with our manufacturing equipment. We don’t have much room for anything that isn't useful. The people working here have been doing this for years. We’ve seen the colony change around us, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s not always easy, especially when the power fluctuates or a delivery is late, but we make it work. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices all day. We’re out on the floor, checking on things and making sure the production is moving along. We have a lot of pride in the stuff we make, even if we don't talk about it in a flashy way. It’s just solid manufacturing work. We keep the machines oiled and the staff fed, and that’s about the extent of our management style. Sector-23 is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where we belong. We’re just a group of people making things and trying to earn a decent living at E-28, keeping things moving forward.
