Veegee Industries

Our place is located at 31B in the NIT Industrial Area. It’s a standard industrial shed, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our setup for manufacturing. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. The roads around here get pretty dusty when the trucks go by, especially when it hasn't rained in a while. We mostly make parts for other businesses. It’s mostly metal work and some assembly tasks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the machines well. We start early in the morning when it's still cool outside. By noon, it gets pretty hot under the tin roof, but we just keep going. We usually have tea together around four in the afternoon. That’s when we talk about what needs to be finished before the day ends. We don't have a fancy office or anyone to answer phones all day long. Most of the time, we’re out on the floor. If the machines are running, we’re doing okay. We try to keep things organized, but in a place like this, things get messy fast. Tools end up where they shouldn't be, and we spend time looking for them. It’s just how it goes in a small shop. We’ve had some of the same customers for years. They know where to find us. We don't spend money on signs or flyers. The work just gets done.
