V.A.Tech Hydro, Andritz Group

We are set up at House Number 444 in Parvatiya Colony. This is over in the N.I.T area of Faridabad, Haryana. V.A.Tech Hydro, part of the Andritz Group, has this local presence here. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit quieter than the industrial zones. We work out of this house, which makes the atmosphere pretty relaxed. You won't find any corporate logos on every wall here. It is mostly just our workstations and some technical manuals lying around. Faridabad is a tough place sometimes with the heat and the dust, but we are used to it. Our spot in Parvatiya Colony is easy enough to find if you follow the main road into N.I.T. We have a few people coming in and out throughout the day. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It is just the engineers and staff doing their thing. Sometimes we have tea together in the small kitchen area. It’s an honest way to work. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the neighbors know us as the office folks. We don't make much noise. The work we do keeps us occupied from morning until evening. It is just a practical location for our Haryana operations. No bells or whistles, just a place to get the job done properly.
