Vardhman Special Steels

We’ve got our office set up inside where we manage the various steel projects we have going on. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate polished images. We are just people who know a lot about steel. Sometimes the front gate squeaks a bit and we keep meaning to oil it, but we always get distracted by a phone call or a new order. It’s a busy life, but it’s a good one. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea.
