V3S Gahoi Buildwell Ltd

We are out in the Village and Post area of Mapho, which is in Sheikhpura, Bihar. V3S Gahoi Buildwell Ltd has been rooted here for some time. It’s a different pace of life compared to the big cities, but we stay just as busy with our construction projects. Our office is a simple building right in the middle of everything. You can usually find us there early in the morning before it gets too hot. We deal with a lot of local building needs and talk to people from the surrounding villages every day. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. There aren't many frills here, just some desks and a lot of paper. We don't use much in the way of high-tech stuff unless we really have to. Most of the work is done through talking and planning on-site. The roads around Mapho can be a bit rough, so we spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the various jobs we have going on. It’s a close-knit community and everyone knows what we are working on. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to do our part in Sheikhpura. Sometimes things take longer than expected because of materials or weather, but we just keep at it. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but there’s always something to be done to keep the site moving.
