Our place is over in the Dayal Nagar area, specifically inside the Endee Woolen Mill Complex on Mathura Road. It’s a big old industrial site, and we’re at 14/ 4. Being near Mathura Road means there’s always trucks and noise, which suits us just fine because we’re making components all day long. The factory floor is pretty busy. We have stacks of bins filled with parts waiting to go out. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking sizes and making sure things are right. We aren't some sleek tech company; we're a manufacturing unit with humming machines and stacks of raw material everywhere. The office is just a small corner partitioned off so we can do the paperwork without too much dust getting on the desk. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we all know the routine without having to talk about it much. We eat our lunch together near the back entrance when the sun isn't too strong. It’s a practical way to live. We make the parts that go into other things, so you don't always see our name on the final product, but we know we made them. The complex itself is quite old and has a lot of history, and we’re just one part of that daily grind. It keeps us going, even when the orders get piled high and we have to stay late to finish everything up. The guys usually just want to get home once the machines stop hummin.
