Ushmaya Wellness

Ushmaya Wellness is based out of unit 104 in Charmwood Village, which is inside the Eros Garden area on Surajkund Road. It’s a quiet part of the neighborhood, which suits the kind of work we do here. We have a few rooms where we hold our wellness sessions and talk to people about their health. It’s not a big corporate office, just a simple place with plain walls and a few chairs. We’ve got some plants in the corners to make it feel a bit more comfortable. Most of the people who visit us live nearby in the garden or the village. We handle all the appointments ourselves on a wooden desk near the door. It’s a small team here and we’ve been at this location for a good while now. We don't have any flashy signs or loud music. It’s mostly just quiet conversation and people coming in to take a break from their busy lives. Sometimes we run a bit behind schedule if a session goes long, but we try to keep things moving. The walk from the main road is nice since there are a lot of trees around. We spend our days helping people with their routines and making sure the space stays tidy.
